The MADAM's Summons

More heavily inspired by ‘Magic the Gathering’, there is a visual story of 3 awkward goblins preparing to kill a bug as it transforms into the ‘Delver of Secrets’. It’s always fun to illustrate something where the figures inside of it are naive of something else going on. Any scene like that is ripe with anticipation. The image on the back goes into a different direction as a goblin finger prepares to blast this offending bug with fire magic. Because the image is so much more zoomed in, I made the details more dense. In the end, the exaggeration made the fire look so much cooler.
